Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Woven Strands, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review my cancellation and refund policies below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the time slot to another client.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
A retainer may be required for certain services, which goes toward your appointment total. Retainers are non-refundablebut can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Refunds & Adjustments
Because every service is a customized experience, refunds are not offered. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your results, I’d love the opportunity to make it right! Please reach out within 5 days of your appointment to discuss a complimentary adjustment, if applicable.
